Help: Command for magnetplace in Encounter

There are many pins in the Hard macro,and per pin connects per buffer,
I want to place the buffer near the connected Hard macro's pin,
In Astro ,I knew the command "astMagnetPlace" can do it!

But What can I do for it without setting region in Soc Encounter tools.

Cadence has a support Forum for Digital Implementation; it is monitored by Cadence AEs and users.

You might be able to get an answer from that forum:
 

As per my knowledge there is no cmd in Ecnounter corresponding for this.
The way, I have been doing it is by assigning higher net weight to all these nets.
