I knew QRC can extract the RC from LEF/DEF,
but if I want to extract the RC from gds,Can you tell the flow for it.

Is it the same as Assura RC extract flow

##must run the lvs ,and then RC extarct by rsf file ?

Thanks!

Yes,
In your case - LVS & QRC

QRC supports two independent flows :
1. LVS flow [ Assura / Calibre / PVS ]
2. LEF-DEF [where gds is allowed for stdcells & hard macro, fill etc..] - also if design is in Open-Access, run QRC before you port to GDS or OASIS.

rsf is old - ccl [common command language] is new.
The good thing is - same unified qrcTechFile will work for both LVS flow as well as OA/LEF-DEF.
