Does any body have circuit and software for serial flash programmer which can support both AT89c51 and AT89c2051.

if you need such good tool but free then try out usb based programmer
for all types of atmel chip plus some avr and 24cxx series of eeprom

Thank you for your interest,
but there are some facts
Programmer from AsimKhan is parallel port driven which is not reliable.
For the USB programmer and other AT89c2051 programmer, i did not get the schematic since it is from Elecktor magazine, published in september2001 and june 2004.
If any of you have these schematics please share.

The attachment you have send is regarding programming of AVR chips and not AT89cxxx 8)

Try SmartPro S51. It supports AT89S2051 & AT89S4051 which are same as their 'C' counter parts.
