Is there any free version of cadence ??

These aren't tools, but models, design examples and tutorials. However, many technical universities provide free access to these tools for their registered students.
 

thx alot all , what about smart spice is there a free version for it or not also ?
 

I have never hear about a free version. In the Silvaco website, I didnt find it.
