Hello i am a computer engineering student currently taking electronics lab
has accomplished circuit 1 and electronics 1 (opamps,transistors,diodes...)

KIndly i need opinions and ideas of a project to design and present at the end of the semester
i don't know much on how to use these components and in what way

does anyone have a good idea of an electronics project please:D?:p

would you like to Do some computer interfacing project..
or pure electronics project..

have you learnt about digital IC like counters, shift registers, flip/flops, MUX/Dmux

How about this as a suggestion - a resistivity mapper.

Basically, you measure current between two spikes placed in the ground. They should be spaced about 500mm apart and insulated except for the tips so the electrical contact area stays constant regardless of how far it penetrates the Earth. The probes are mounted on an insulated frame that can be moved along in 500mm steps. At each position, the current and therefore the resistance is measured and logged on a computer or in a memory device. When a large enough area has been probed, the results are plotted as a map with different shades or colors used to indicate the resistance at that position. It should show underlying geology and man made constructions even when they are hidden from view at the surface.

You could expand it with GPS to get exact positions and experiment with interpolation when the basic unit was working.

hello for the first reply yes i have learned flip flops and that stuff but i need it pure electronics with transistors diodes and such things and for the second one:D it's challenging but i think it require a lot of time i don't think i have enough experience to work on it :D that's honestly speaking:p

Maybe you can try to make a PWM to control a small DC motor. It can be realized with many ways.
It is classical circuit and can be found easily how the circuit works. Eventhough it is simple and classical circuit but many improvements can be made so that you can modify it as creative as you can.

Good luck!
