In 2-tone IP3 measurment we choose 2MHz<spacing<5MHz but in the following paper they've chosen spacing=100MHz or I'm wrong?(Surely I'm wrong :D )you can check it by searching in google something like this(3-5 GHz low noise amplifier ip3 4GHz 4.1GHZ) and you get:

point (P1dB), IIP3, and power consumption of the LNA ..... initially optimized at 4 GHz. Based on HSPICE ... The two-tone test is performed at 4 and 4.1 GHz. .... Wideband CMOS Low Noise Amplifier For 3-5 GHz

IEEE Xplore - Denial

I think the spacing depends on the bandwidth of the LNA: For a small bandwidth, 2..5MHz may be ok, for a UWB LNA, however, a 100MHz spacing may be appropriate.
