"failed to autobaud-step 1" in flash magic

i bought "usb programmer for lpc arm and p89vxx microcontrollers" , "operation failed ,failed to autobaud-step 1" error message appears when i am trying to program my lpc2148 header board via flash magic using this programmer . my header board has 12mhz crystal , jtag connector ,and also boot laoder i am using 9600 baud rate, oscillator 12.000 in flash magic. i requesting technical help for solve this problem i checked my programmer in hyper terminal it works ok i attached here programmer's datasheet also

There might be a misunderstanding. Flash Magic uses the serial interface of the PC and Hyperterminal or similar. It does not use a USB programmer. There is a website https://www.flashmagictool.com that provides information and support for this tool.

May be that is a misunderstanding. If you bought a USB programmer as you said, that is something differnt than just an FTDI chip or a USB to UART. A USB programmer usually connects one way or another to the JTAG interface. FlashMagic is not for JTAG. If you are talking just a USB to Uart converter, they are not all created equal and Flash Magic work with most of them but not with all of them as some are not really compliant with all specs (but those are cheap).
