Controller based UPS design required

I need a circuit diagram and complete C coding for my UPS with 220v input and output with 1.5KVA rating. I have search the whole board but no thread is completed to give a supportive diagram/project. I have also searched the most popular pdf by microchip but since i am a noob, therefore couldn't understand it and couldn't simulate it in proteus as no PIC17Cxxx series controllers are there, Kindly help me in this regard. Sorry for opening a new thread but i had to do this as other threads are incomplete or not according to my requirements. I need a design with coding and some explanation. Not to mention that I am at a very beginner level in power electronics

Thanks for your quick response.
First, Its looks like a very basic level of invertor, secondly I want to interface a PIC controller to achieve pure sine wave and also some circuit protection circuitry, Let's say that your project was on difficulty level 3/10, I want 6/10 level for my final year project. Any other suggestions???

Well one thing more, nice choice of song..... :D
 

Yeah I need something like this, can you provide complete circuit design with coding and some explanation?
