Hi , I implement an OFDM System with Simulink , by regular search i found that sent one , but when i run it to get BER Vs EbNo , it get high curves and values rather than expected to be.
i use QPSK as modulation technique , so as i know the BER curve of OFDM must be the same as QPSK system ,
is that true , and if, what is the wrong in results,
waiting ur reply ,PLZ.

Re: BER of OFDM System

I suggest you post this in the digicom forum to get more replies.

But yes, OFDM QPSK should be the same as simple QPSK for AWGN and Fading channels.

Re: BER of OFDM System

Thank you for your help , i will sent it to communication part .

Re: BER of OFDM System

Recomm u have done a good job here, i am actually carrying out the same project but showing the trade off between different modulation schemes. I also need to add some enhancement like convolutional encoder, interleaver and viterbi decoder wv deinterleaver wv Rayleigh multipath fading. I av been getting errors so far, please kindly assist me omotayour06@yahoo.com. I have just less than a month for this. Tanx
