Hi,
I am looking for some IC which can work as high side switch with maximum supply voltage of 12V. I need the gate to control by digital signals.
I can use a P-type FET along with a pull up resistor at gate and NPN transistor from gate to ground, but wondering if some dedicated chips is availalalbe in market having all the features in one package.

Did any body have any idea?

Thanks,
Umesh.
