need to simulate this circuit using simulink

Hi I need help in simulating this circuit using simulink.Its a 324 GHz frequency generator

Mosfet M1 to M4:W/L=2.4μ/90nm
Mosfet M5 to M8: W/L=2μ/90nm
Mosfet M9 to M12: W/L=10u/90nm
Differential inductor L=.3nH
External Load ZL=50ohms
On chip choke=.2nH
All active devices has a frequency of 81 GHZ
Only the passive load should see 324 GHz


Can anyone do this and send me the simulink file

I have already done part of it
 

hi I am still bothered with this circuit.Can anyone do it using pspice even?
