why we are using both i2c and spi in cortexm0

Can u explain what you wanna know? I2C and SPI are both different communication protocols. Moreover Find out more on these protocols to understand them better.

Spi and I2c both use clock signals to send the data... If you wanna knw more, read about these protocol and their use.
 

Because not all I/O devices are SPI compatible or I2C compatible.
