help please. zero cross detector 24v output

please, i need help to make zero cross detector
specifications :
the input is 220VAC 50-60Hz
the output is 24volts DC signal/pulse

Use a transformer that after rectification and smoothing gives around 24V dc and here is an example of a circuit that will produce zero-crossing pulses ..
