how to simulate OFDM model in matlab....plz reply

Re: OFDM

Hi everyone i am also studying OFDM for my diploma thesis and i have some questions if anyone can help i would be very grateful....

The output of each subcarrier lets say subcarrier k depends only on the frequency response H(k/T), at the frequency k/T where T is the symbol duration? Is that right? And if so, can anyone explain to me both mathematically and intuitively and give me the right equation?

I'm waiting for your reply
Thank you in advance...

any help so far?:D

it is very simple:

just

*generate random numbers

*use one of the digital modulation types (QAM , PSK, .....)

*IFFT

*parallel to serial

*and channel

(now do the reverse as a receiver)

this is a very basic type :)
regards

Thank you for your reply..However i didn't mean the simulation model. The output of the subcarrier k is yk(t)=Tdk+N/2*H(K/T) where d depicts the symbols and N the subcarriers. With this relationship we can see that the output of the demodulator Depends only on H(k/T). Is this right? Can anyone give me any further insight on this? Is there any other relationship that is more suitable?

Thank you in advance
