DAC 0808 and generating -10 to +10V

Hi,
I need a circuit to use in an application,which accepets the binary values
and convert that in to the anlog signal.

The voltage should vary from -10 to +10V.

I made a circuit with DAC0808. But in that circuit voltage is varying from
0 to 10 only.
Note: I used an OP-AMP741 at the ouput of DAC0808.

Does anyone have any idea to vary the voltage from -10 to +10V.

You will need dual supply, say +12**GND**-12V, the rest is just shifting and scaling ..
