Hi,

The CMOS SPICE Model file can be easily got from MOSIS. Can somebody tell me, where can I get BJT Spice Model parameters? Or can somebody send me BJT SPICE parameter files? Especilly for National Semeconductor BTJs? Thank you very much.

What's the mean of delbf in BF = '122.7*delbf' ?

Same here.. What is that 'delbf'??

A factor changing the typ. value of BF (Bforward, in this case) to other process dependent cases. 'delbf' (meaning, perhaps -- but not quite correctly, because it's a factor and not a summand -- : 'delta_BF') usually is defined in corresponding library sections, as, e.g. ss, tt (delbf=1), ff, fs, sf .
