i need some helps!
i use IC5141 USR6 schematic editor and PDK symbols from TSMC.
For P/NMOS transistor, I want to remove the bulk terminal since almost all MOS transistors' bulk terminal is tied with source supply VDD/VSS. so the circuit look simply if all MOS bulk terminal is removed.
i want to create 2 new MOS symbols which have only 3 terminals from the original N/PMOS 4-terminal symbols.
anyone can tell me how to do ?

Removing the bulk terminal from symbol is not a big deal. You can do it by editing the symbol. While simulating, you might get errors because CDF simulation properties would still be having 4 terminals. You would need to modify them also and probably the model (which could be difficult task) in order to get rid of bulk terminal.
To modify CDF property - Go to CIW (icfb) window and say Tools->CDF->Edit.
Now browse for the MOS Lib-Cell. Scroll down to "Simulation Information" section and click Edit. Choose the simulator as "Spectre" from the dropdown list. Change the "termOrder" and "termMapping" property values as per requirement.
