its small and easy to build in 10 minutes max......i dont know about other pic micro's but pic18 is programmed and tested successfully.....hopefully it can programm other pic micros too...its very cheap so u can build and test it quickly for you microcontroller.........software is also included in the package

Yes you can build it within 10 minutes but hardly 10% of our members can use it. Parellel port is outdated logway back and the new usb based PICkit3 is released by microchip.
