Hello,
I was testing modem. For power supply i was using 5V with diode 1N4001 in series. Output voltage was about 4,2V.
About 1 hour everything worked well, but then disaster. Modem send message "OVERVOLTAGE SHUTDOWN". I measured
voltage abot 5V. The diode was broken. I tried to flash modem, but no success.
I just used Tx, Rx, and GND pin on serial port.
In simcom flash update toll status is power on/reset target.
Voltage on PWRKEY is about 0.2V, on VDD_EXT is 2.91, VBAT is 4.3V
Is there anyway to make it to work again?
