how to install HFSS in windows 64 bit

hey guys
i'm trying to install hfss 10 in my windows 7. as u know it's a 64bit windows.
does anyone install it in windows7 or other 64bit windows?
 

Try installing HFSS 12. It works fine with windows 7, 64bit.
 

What is the installation procedure of HFSS 12 on windows 7, 64 bit? It is giving me error when i am using pacher file. Please help me. Thanks
