What does source stiffness mean in power quality ?

Reading a text about power quality i found the following:
a source stiffness... whatr exactly does it mean??

Probably a poor translation, may be referred to a power source that maintains its voltage steady on widely varied load conditions.

Externet is correct. A stiff source is simply a source that has a low output impedance relative to the load.
