hi all,

I am designing a folded cascode OTA, and I want to know how to measure and simulate the OTA offset voltage in cadence. Moreover, I want to do Monte Carlo Simulation for the offset voltage.

Anyone can help?

Thanks in Advance

OTA offset Voltage

Simple way to measure offset voltage is to make make unity-gain buffer from your amplifier (to connect output with negative input terminal). Then you can use dc analysis with Monte Carlo simulations and measure voltage difference between input terminals of OTA.

can anyone provide me a OTA circuit schematic. i wanna simulate it in candence....
