Hey guys, I'm quite used to using microcontrolers, I own SX, ATMEGA's and BS2 microcontrollers, but I'm hearing a lot about FPGAs is there any sort of not-so-expensive development kit like Parallax Stampwork's but FPGA?

Sure. I got this one:

Its very cheap, and you can learn a lot. It comes with a download cable that can work with all others altera FPGA. The seller is great. I live in Brazil and he was very atentious. I got it with EMS Express for 30 USD and it wa son my hands in one week. If you want to say that i recomended him for you fell free. Just say that Rossi from Brazil recomended him.
