Please help me to find the parameters for UMC 0.18

Hi guys,

what are the mobility,Cox,Kn and Kp for 0.18 um technology of UMC?

Also how can i find them by simulation?

i think the library provided by different foundry will use the same conventions.
check the .mdl.scs file
mobility is u0, you cannot find Cox but tox instead, you can calculate Cox by εoεsio2/tox, then you will get Kn=unCox and Kp=upCox

can you run simulation now?
if yes, i bet you could find it in the model libraries you included.
