I need to simulate the small signal equivalent of FET in ADS and i don't know how to put the VCCS . CAn you help me? I tried with a equation based component..but it's not working...

May be this figure can help you? Just specify M ≙ gm , e.g.:
VCCS:vccs1 node1 node2 node3 node4 M=-1
