Running LED display

Hi everone,
I want to do "LED Running Display" using 8052.
i.e. display will rolling from right side to left side. For displaying One character i want 8x8 led matrix. On this display how can i display message. & message will be decided by user. (Using VB software).
I want its hardware & software design.

Please guide me appropriately......[/b]

Use uart to get message from vb software on pc.
Then display on led matrix.
 

scrolling led matrix display

hey i have made scrolling display for one character.

but the i have done coding in C keil.
If you want help in that i can help you.

This code is for Scrolling "A" only,
Using 8051 and 5x7 led matrix.
