Interfacin two 8052 with rx & tx to second tx & rx

Hi everyone,
I am interfacing tow microcontroller 8052 with rx & tx.
i.e. I m "only sending" data from one microcontroller & "only receiving" at other microcontroller.
Both microcontrollers are used in seperately. i.e. ground seperate.
I can able to send the data from first microcontroller but can't receive same data on second microcontroller. Is any one help me?
