Hi everybody.

I designed a tunable phase shifter with ferrite. Now I want to realize my design. Whatever I search on the internet I couldn't find a company which sells ferrite substrate. could anybody help me?
I want to know ferrite substrate exist commercially or not.
If I couldn't find ferrite substrate what I could replace instead of it?

thank you so much.

Hello there:

in your request you gave no information about what you want.
"A ferrite" can be a low-frequency ferrite core used in power-supply transformers, a ferrite rod antenna used for medium waves, a microwave ferrite suitable for a microwave circulator, or a ferrite core in a VHF coil.
Like with any other component, you should be able to SPECIFY basic parameters needed.
Try then to google phase shifter manufacturers. The problem can be that generally, bare ferrite material is rarely offered. Device makers prefer to make their ferrite blocks and install in finished devices.

Thank you for your attention to my problem.

Actually I need high frequency ferrite. There is high frequency ferrite powder however my first option is ferrite substrate. my design parameters are: delta H =45 Oe, Ms=1780 gauss .I'm working in range of 3-10 Ghz .
I could change my design according to ferrite which I could find.
Now I'm working toward my thesis. I need to fabricate my design.
