I am a 2010 fresh graduate electronics engineer, i am looking for a Digital Design or VLSI job, but i need somebody to give me an advice about how to apply and which companies to apply for and i have applied online but it does not seem effective, plz help me with ur experience. Thank u in Advance.
 

The job market is not good, there are many engineers out of work right now and many companies are hiring only if it is absolutely necessary. Try to contact some agencies, send your CV to them and don't be afraid of asking for internship at some companies, even thought the pay is really lousy, you learn a lot and you get your foot into the company and will have a chance to get a job with them.
