I came accross LM3478,3488,78s40 but there is circuit associated it. I want just one IC which will do it for me. It should have 10 channels. 10 inputs and 10 outputs. Intention is to convert 10 binary parallel word (0 to 5v) into similar word with 0 to 9V outputs.
This is done for standard ASK module(330MHz,430Mhz types). At 5V, the range is very short. So, we are improving range by upconverting the input voltages.

Hi,
You should search pls for bus levelshifter or level converter circuits.
You will find some up to 24 bit widths...
K.

At that speed I'd say you're out of luck in standard logic.
In fact I find it surprising that you can get 330MHz out of any
5V-swing logic family, let alone 9V.

Or is that the carrier frequency, and baseband (digital) much less?

If you're under 10MHz baseband, there are some old CD4000B
series parts that could get you up to 15V, although you will
probably not find anything wider than a hex. Check out the
CD4010B datasheet.
