Please let me know AMD 29f010 flash memory belongs to Nand or NOR type

Does this data sheet show the flash type?

no, but the interface

Not necessarily. JEDEC just specifies footprint, command set, etc.
But I mean the kind to access the memory contents. For read access this is the same as for SRAM. You simply specify an address at the address bus and the corresponding contents is provided at the databus.
So this flash can be connected to an microcontroller and the program runs directly from it. This is not possible with a NAND flash.

You are right. NOR flash is a XIP. But this is not assures it is really a NOR flash.
