Hello all. I am just new but I think i will be posting a lot during my dissertation.

I am using umc18 for the first time and my main issue is that i don't know which transistors to use. I mean what is the difference between the basic N_18 /P_18 and the RF ones. Also which fets are the low-Vt?
I went through the documentation but couldn't find something useful.Does anyone know which documentation pdf will best explain the various instances of the library?

Rather than looking at the general documentation go into the DK install directory, for each library there are doc folders and manual pages. There should be separate docs for all the IO libraries, CORE, COREX, Analog and various clock libraries.
I'm not using this particular process but our 0.13 ST DK has all of the documentation but only had the layer/process and layout documentation printed out with the DK install pack. There should also be documentation for corner analysis of transistor performances, io speeds etc.

RF transistors have a thinner gate oxide so they are non compatible with the normal process option. You have to use all of the same type, which would mean using the RF core lib too.

Hope that helps.
Ed
