eagle pcb files for ICD1

has anyone made icd1 using Eagle schematics and board-file: **broken link removed**.
The article is in german and unfortunatly I only speak english.
Are eagle pcb files available anywhere else. There are PFD files but they get distorted in printing

Have you tried Google Translator? It does a reasonable job usually, including on this page. It's no worse than reading many translated consumer-goods manuals anyway.

https://www.google.com/language_tools
