Hi all!
I simulate DVB system and almost create the model, but then i try to realize QEF thresholds defined in DVB-T standard - it became unreacheable for some reason, but i can't understand why.
I think that this problem in correct usage AGWN in scope of defining energy of DVB-T OFDM signal. Does anyone know how to correct define energy of this signal?

I have got a DVB simulation I will send it to you tomorrow till then tell me what are the Applications of DVB

I am working on the evaluation of the effects of interference on DVB-T using matlab/simulink, and need help on analyzing the effects. The only area i could reference to is the variation in the SNR using the AWGN and the doppler shift using rayleigh. I will appreciate anyone who can help in this area.

I'm realizing an HDL-synthesizable (thrugh hdllib library) dvb-t model. I'm having problem with Cyclic Prefix (or Guard Interval) and Pilot insertion too.
The problem is that, if my input is a stream of data, these block should operate with a sample frequency higher than input or
1)i will loose data when i insert pilot/cyclic prefix/zero pad before iFFT
2)saturate eventually FIFO/RAM used to store input value when inserting.
Other ways like "frame based" to insert these values are not supported in hdl code generation.
