Digital design and embedded system training in Egypt

Dear all,

I'd like to know if there is any center in Egypt that gives training courses / certificates in digital design and embedded systems ?

There are many online graduate certificate degrees in embedded system engineering but of course more expensive (like University of California - Irvine). But I don't know about the Lab part and hands-on experience of these certificates.

N.B. I attended a lot technical courses here (digital electronics - OrCAD ....etc), people are not always interested in taking the whole course. They just wanted a small part of it and then leave which makes completing the minimum required number of students to complete the whole course very difficult

Any advice ?

Check the Information Technology Institute website (its in egypt). https://www.iti.gov.eg/

They have 9-months training (graduate diploma) in VLSI, embedded systems, mechatronics, unix, and more.

If interested in embedded systems training you might also like to check https://www.secc.org.eg. Sometimes they give training in embedded systems.

But ITI puts rigorous admission criteria for joining the course. I don't meet their requirements.

I would like to know if making an online grad. certificate in embedded systems engineering is better than taking a diploma in that field in Egypt ?

The diploma consists of 4 levels , but people seldom go beyond the 1st level and the required minimum number of students to begin a level is never fulfilled.

So, it would take more than 1 or 1.5 years to complete the diploma. On the other hand, this period could make you complete the online graduate certificate if there is no big time delay between the certificate's courses.

Any advice ?

To my knowledge that institute is not a good choice so please do not refer again someone to that institute.
