Hii,I have got two dc 24v Motor.I want to use a speed control for this motors.
I was search the net but not find any circuit for IGBT drive DC Motor.
I need 24v 100A DC motor control circuit whit IGBT.
I waiting your Help.Thanks for all.
 

Using an IGBT to control a 24V motor isn't a good idea, efficiency will be poor due to high saturation voltage. Up to 100 V supply
voltage, use MOSFET instead.

But I'dont want to buy any equipment because,
if I have got any circuit I can make it.
I want to make myself.
I working whit pic PWM and 2 days later 2pcs IGBT module will come to me from electronic market.
I need circuit or shematic.

OK, you must it know, but remember pls; a self make product is never cheaper! :-(
Remember too pls, what Frank wrote: at these voltage is MOSFET to use!

but I did buy IGBT 90eur abaut 6 mount ago.

IGBT name is CM150DY-12NF.
150A 600V A PART.
I need a circuit for this IGBT ,
I can draw but,I have not any time to draw a shema..
Help plz.

What do you mean, the gate driver?
For the most component, I think in Turky you have to find Farnell, Avnet, Mooser etc...
Otherweise I check usually to first at https://octopart.com
from who I will become the parts & for what a ca. price. :)
