Hello everyone,

I am completely new to the forum, in fact I was motivated to join after reading some of Webdog's old posts (hope he is still member) regarding ENI high voltage broadband RF amplifiers. Is there a possibility to obtain some detailed schematic of one of those amplifiers ?

I got some service manuals from E&I (they provide documentation for old ENI amps) but there is no detailed schematics, only some functional and block diagrams.

Can anyone help with this problem ? Webdog, if you are reading this, I tried to send you a private message but I can't since I had no posts (until now, I guess :D ).

It is important that amplifier covers range from 100 kHz to 6 MHz with voltage swing of max. +/- 150V and can provide output current to 250 mA. According to specs and some practical usages (in FT-ICR mass spectrometry which is my area) ENI amplifiers are highly regarded and widely used.

Can anyone provide schematics for one of these ?

Thank you all in advance,

Josip Miller

Hi,
You can i.e.. search for Piezo Driver circuits_their have often same specifications...
This are Webdogs all scripts_if helps for you:

Thank you for the reply. I already searched some piezo driving designs, I didn't find anything yet but I'll keep searching.

I'll appreciate if anyone has these schematics, they are really preferable. Other manufacturers are, naturally :) very reluctant to give away schematics to people who are not their customers.

Thank you,

Josip
