warnin 3407 in verilog code

Hy I've a warning that cause the wrong initialization of my verilog vector from file. This warning is:

** Warning: (vsim-PLI-3407) Too many data words read on line 401 of file "ME.txt". (Current address [400], address range [0:399]) : C:/altera/90/modelsim_ase/examples/test2x2/memory.v(63)

Plase, Can anyone help me? this warning is stopping me in an important project.

Hi,
Just check whether your port connection is ok or not. The address size is different thats why this warning is coming.
 

the memory you define to store the data is too small. confirm the space of memory is equal or bigger to the data in ME.txt
