Dear all,

I am doing a research on the Opamp pole/zero design, would somebody
provide me some info abouth this topic? Paper or thesis ... All are welcome!

Hi, you can refer to any book about analog circuit design, include Razavi's, Allen's and Gray's.
 

try with Texas' Application Notes too (there's a very nice one abuot stability)
