How to measure 230vAC in inverter ckt for cut off operation

I want to measure 230V AC in Input and output of inverter. Suggest me to measure this voltage by PIC Micro controller.

Please tell me some methods..
 

you can use transformer or resister divider method if not need isolation
 

can you explain more
are you want now if its on or off or want measure another thing as frequncy or what

Hi.. Rajudp...

For my application transformer method is big one..

So, suggest some circuits for voltage divider method..
 

you can use relay with 230 volt coil and use no contact to give 5v dc o pic or controller
 

the power supply part you an use your own supply, and just divide the input ac 230v using resister network, rectify it, add capacitor for filter
