Hi,

i need help regarding equivalent circuit of Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT). i want it to use to switch on and off pin diode. the problem is that i don't know about the formula's used to calculate the values of elements used in it.

do u have circuit diagram or equivalent circuit of analog mux, and formula's how to calculate the values of its circuit element

i am trying to do the same thing but i don't knw how to calculate the values of elements use in SPDT..... or if u have any circuit with formula's please send it to me

Use two high-value variable resistors connected together (the connection is the common port). When the value of the variable resistor is high, the switch is open and when the value is low (check the PIN diode datasheet for ON resistance) the switch is closed.
