I NEED SOME BOOKS ABOUT CMOS DIGITAL INTEGRATED CIRCUITS.
I NEED SOME BOOKS ABOUT CMOS DIGITAL INTEGRATED CIRCUITS.
You can look at mcu.cz/atm. I saw a good book there.
Thanks
I want to recommand two good digital IC books:
1. Digital Integrated Circuits (2nd Edition) by Jan M. Rabaey (Author), et al
2. CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits Analysis & Design by Sung-Mo Kang, Yusuf Leblebici
thanks for recommendation
but how can i find this books?
with very best wishes
May be you can find some good book in ebook upload
I can recommend another good book.
"Principles of CMOS VLSI Design" by Kamran Eshraghian and Neil H. weste.
hello, according to me if u are a beginner u should first go through rabaey ---?>digital integrated circuits .it will give u deisgn aspects without bogging u down with many details.then i feel u should go thruogh weste and eshraghian since it makes a bit more indepth treatment about mos device level issues also and some system level deisgn issues.

try cmos vlsi design by weste and harris 3rd edition..excellent book..
I recomend the university of berkeley webcast have look at the video lectures of prof Jan M. Rabaey
I have teach VLSI subject for 3 semesters.I used 3 different books. the first one is Intro to VLSI circuit and system by uyemura.2nd one is digital Integrated Circuit 2nd ed by rabaey and last semester i used CMOS VLSI design by Weste.
I find that each book have its own advantages and disadvantages.Uyemura offers a simple and good fundamental for newbies but do not offer the indepth knowledge that offered by rabaey's and weste (feel something missing ..). It also have an excellent companion text that deal with layout using Ledit(forgot the title). I 'm used to rabaey's book since my study at unsw and have no problem to adopt the text but i find that students struggle to cope with the materials as the some fundamental things are not explained. It also discuss the semiconductor device part quite in depth and students need to read back there solid state subjects. I think this is the hardest part in rabaey's book as the emphasis is more on device level.Thankfully in 2005,weste come out with a very excellent book and provide some intro and fundamentals plus simpler explaination on certain subjects that rabaey did not include. The emphasis is more on ckt level and system level. However, there are some important parts that are not included or briefly explained in weste but explained in detail in rabaey. Therefore, my conclusion is to integrate both rabaey and weste . rabaey should serve as the main ref but weste must be integrate in order to explain the intro or fundamental of certain concept in rabaey.
read weste and read rabaey then find the missing link .... :D
can any one the sloution manual of Sung-Mo Kang book?
Can you please send me the link for this book ??Originally Posted by infinitee00
Thanks in advance ..
best way to learn vlsi is thru lecture slides
for eg.
http://www.cmosvlsi.com/coursematerials.html
u can also find good free lecture slides from stanford , MIT , berkeley on VLSI.
I guess even youtube has some video lectures.
I guess MIT and berkeley also have video lectures for free on web.
http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/web/home/home/index.htm
Here is the Videos for Current Semester at Berkeley by Prof . Rabaey
http://webcast.berkeley.edu/course_d...esterid=2010-B
(videos are added at the end of the day i guess).
also weste/harris vlsi textbook is very good ( but not free! )
A good place to find many of the online Webcast's have been compiled on my Blog on the following link:

Do check them out.
