Proteus Isis error no model specified for

Hello , I have problem with proteus. I’m working with Proteus 7[1].2 SP6 and I can’t find these components at the library: MAX 2641, MAX 2640, SI4210.
Questions:
1.Meybe someone knows which components I could replace these my own MAX 2641, MAX 2640, SI4210?
