tanner 0.25u model

Hi,
Can anyone help me find Tanner 0.25u and 0.18u TSMC spice file for T-spice and w-edit.
Along with layout corresponding layout details file for L-edit.

Can anyone also explain about the relation between the w/l and AS, AD, ....etc.

Cheers,

For these papers.you can go to the website of the company whose process you are going to use.

tanner technology files

First of all, you can't just ask from anyone for the 0.25um or any technology because the technology is very expensive and is a secret for the company. Unless, somebody here wanna share the technology...but after that he/she will get fired! :p

As for me, shame to say that I'm doing my project with 1.2um tech 8O because I don't have any small parameter or technology here eventhough there are some technology given by tanner but it's not provide full parameter of the tech. So, we have to analayze the tech parameter by yourself if you wanna use the tech such as KP, CGSO, VT and etc...

W/L is the width and lenght for the transistor. PD & PS is the parameter of drain (PD) and parameter of source (PS), AD & AS is the area for drain (AD) and is the are for source (AS)

Hi,
well thats fine ...but whats the relation bet'n W/L and AD AS....etc..pls dont give me acronyms of the same ... give me the relations....say AD should be 2 times that of L or so ...this was just an example.

Cheers,

This is some example for a simple transistor...

AD (Drain area) = a*b
PD (Drain parameter) = a+b+c+d

you can apply it for the source, it just a same method!
hope this example is helpful!
