Hi All,

I am new to the analog/RF IC design. I am desiging the Phase frequency detector for PLL. I need to design a D flip flop for the phase frequency detector. Could someone please provide me a simple CMOS D flip flop circuit to start with ?

C²MOS in Rabey's book using master slave.
