Hi, all readers
how can i know process dependent parameters like Aw,Avth in 0.35 micron.
i want to resize transistors of my circuit to decrease offfset of my opamp but i need
mentioned parameters.
thanks.

These mismatch parameters depend totally on the specific foundry process. If you want to make use of them, you must ask them from the foundry.

In order to decrease the offset you don't need to know the absolute values of the mismatch parameters: In 1st order approximation, mismatch ~ 1/√W*L .
So if you increase both W & L by a factor of 3 , the offset mismatch should be reduced by this very factor - best possible tight, mixed & common centroid layout symmetry taken for granted, of course.
