Fly Back AC-DC Converter Reference Design

Hi,

I want to design a fly back AC-DC Converter to supply a set top box...
In input I have Vin = 220V.
In output I need to have : 12V, 5V, 3.3V, 2.6V, 1.1V and 1V.

Please could you help me with some reference design or some ideas.
