I need this thesis very very urgent I search alot to find link for downloading I coldn't find but,I have all it's detail

have you tried to contact the author or the dept that you have mentioned?

You need to satisfy them what you are going to do with the thesis (no plagiarism...) before they send it to you.
 

Itried to find any information about the author but I coldn't find any thing so I can't contact him also I searched in the deprtment library I coldn't reach to any thing so I tried to find it any way,I only have the cover page of the thesis which has the informations I mentioned above, please help me it's important and urgent
