Looking for simulation for my filnal project. Willing to pay

Hey guys

for too long I'm working on my final project simulation, and as the deadlines coming I'm willing to pay for someone how can write a simulation code for me

It must be in matlab (Simulink is not allowed)

I need to write an implementation of gsm in matlab which will contain:
multipath propagation, awgn, FEC(convolution/read solmon code)
And show the BER with or without
The multipath, and the FEC.

If it is not the place to post this kind of massages please refer me to the right forum, also if you know about people who might be good for these job please let me know.
