hi.
i have a question about mosfet
i want to see s parametr mosfet in ads and impedance matching in c-s , c-d ,c-g form.
but i need to biasing mosfet in radio-frequency. and desing biasing network.
please help me just biasing mosfet in hf . desing it. find value of inductance and r for biasing
please help me soon.
thanx
:cry::|

Why not.... What do you mean by "high frequency"? 40GHz?

MOSFET is usually used as a switch, but I don't know exactly what happens when you bias a mosfet let's say in Class AB and send power at 1 GHz. Probably nothing, but let me know.

Try with a "standard" test fixture and bias tees, in this way you don't have to design any bias network.

i need an ordinary circuit for bias .
for example 1 Ghz
simple biasing network for mosfet

the bias network , usually is done , by RF chock inductor and some supply filtring capacitors

khouly

Give more informations about the used Mosfet, Drain current? package type? datasheet? Is there any spice model of this mosfet? To get some informations.
There is no simple biasing network unfortunately.
But you can start with : 1nH inductor 10nF & 10uF shunt bypass capacitors.
7pF coupling capacitors.
Should be ok at 1 GHz.
